Verrucas and warts, your handy step-by-step guide.

Here’s how you can treat verrucas and warts with Bazuka Gels. The UK’s number one verruca and wart treatment range.

When applied correctly, Bazuka Gels are pain free. They form a water-resistant protective barrier, so there’s no fuss and no need for plasters. Bazuka Gel and Bazuka Treatment Gel are clinically proven. And no other gel you can buy is more effective than Bazuka Extra Strength Treatment Gel.

Start by choosing your strength.

Next, soak the affected area in warm water for two to three minutes. Then, dry the area using your own towel to avoid spreading the infection. And carefully apply one or two drops to the top of the verruca, wart, corn or callus. Leave for twenty-four hours, before peeling or picking off the dry gel, and reapplying fresh gel. And once a week, gently rub with an emery board, and apply fresh gel. Repeat this process until the verruca, wart, corn or callus has disappeared. It can take up to twelve weeks to work, so make sure you maintain the treatment. Bazuka also offers a cryotherapy alternative, for when a really rapid application is desirable.

Verrucas and warts, your handy step-by-step guide.

Here’s how you can treat verrucas and warts with Bazuka Sub-Zero.

Based on the cryotherapy freezing technique used by doctors, Bazuka Sub-Zero freezes the verruca or wart from first application. It’s fast to use, and effective. Start by soaking the verruca or wart in warm water for at least 6 minutes. Next, dry the area using your own towel to avoid spreading infection.

Then, file the infected area using an emery board or pumice stone. Next assemble the applicator, so it’s ready for freezing. To charge, steady the device on a flat surface then press down firmly on the safety cap for 1 second. Hold the activator cap down on the surface with one hand and remove the device with the other, taking care not to overturn the cap.

Then immediately apply directly to the verruca or wart with a constant, light pressure. Please refer to the patient information leaflet to find out how long you should apply Bazuka Sub-Zero, as this varies depending on the size and situation of your verruca or wart.

Within 14 days the verruca should disappear. If it doesn’t fall off in this time, additional application may be needed.

And remember, Bazuka also offers a range of treatment gels. For a no-fuss, no-plaster alternative.
